I discovered my chickens had lice. I treated with permethrin 10. It helped but we could still see live lice on our girls, plus it was going to take multiple weekly treatments. I use this as a preventive all year long at least once a month, spraying entire coop and nesting boxes. I've never had an issue with bugs on or off my chickens.
