We offer FREE Shipping to the lower 48 United States on all orders of just $79 or more.

When will I receive my item?

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 11 AM are typically packed and shipped the same day. Ground Shipping is usually 2-4 working days with USPS, while Priority may be faster.

Can I return my item?

All medications and items that are shipped as sterile or include sterile items (including first aid and refill kits) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their medical nature. Items that are non-sterile or do not contain sterile items may be returned and refunded as long as they're in excellent and unopened condition, and within 30 days of purchase.
