In emergency situations and virus outbreaks – the CWS First Aid Gear Shop (RYK) reserves the right to substitute masks and similar products with equal or greater value in order to prevent order delays.



Due to unusually high demand, many items may have limited availability & longer shipping times than normal. All orders containing Pandemic-Related items (gloves, masks, sanitizer, alcohol, wipes, etc.) are NON-CANCELABLE and are NON-RETURNABLE until further notice.



Once an order has shipped we can not cancel it. The customer can still return it but they would be responsible for shipping the item back or paying the refusal fee of $15. We are unable to accept any returns of items that are sterile or consumable. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or replaced after 10 days of the customer receiving their order.



Customers who have placed orders and have received notification that their order was delivered but cannot find their package, please double check your tracking number with the parcel carrier (USPS or UPS) via their website. If still not found, check with neighbors as they may have received your package by mistake.

If an order can still not be located, we advise contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once a claim has been filed and accepted by the shipping carrier, RYK will be happy to issue a refund for the lost order, however the customer MUST show proof of the shipping carrier's claim being filed and accepted; including the results of carrier's claim before we are able to provide a refund.



Refunds on cancelled orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days, however during pandemic situations, may be as long as 10-12 business days. Once the refund is issued it could take the customers account 1-3 more days to reflect the refund.



Coupons, discounts and promotions cannot be applied after an order has been placed.



Product images and descriptions are updated regularly, however, due to industry changes, discrepancies do arise from time to time. Please refer to both the product image and description to ensure accuracy. If there is any question as to item details, please contact our customer service department prior to placing an order to verify product details.



Any type of order discrepancy, including lost or missing packages, must be filed within 30-days of shipment date. This includes missing items and lost or stolen packages.



In certain situations to prevent order delays RYK reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. All Substitutions are done based on price equivalents. Substitutions are not based on volume.



All price and quantity typos will be handled at the sole discretion of RYK.



All units covered under warranty must be sent back for a warranty evaluation. The customer is responsible to ship the unit back and we will cover the cost of shipping the new or repaired unit back.



Due to unforeseen manufacturers’ price increases or decreases, pricing is subject to change without prior notification. Buyer is hereby advised that it may be obligated to fully and accurately disclose the amount of any discounts, rebates or other price reductions in cost reports or claims for reimbursement by buyer to Medicare, Medicaid or other health care programs requiring such disclosure.



If we feel that a Credit Card that is used is stolen or used without the Cardholders consent in any way, RYK will not hesitate to contact the authorities. (Local and Federal). Orders placed from a web proxy will be cancelled and refunded. IP Addresses will be monitored and turned over to the FBI for all fraudulent orders.
